Participation in our club competitions is an excellent method of developing your photography. It gives us all the opportunity to do what we like to do best – taking photographs. It’s all about making images – pointing the camera and encouraging your creativity and self-critique.
You can benefit in a big way from the feedback given by the competition judges. That commentary is usually very constructive and Michael O’Sullivan was more than enlightening on the night with his comprehensive comments.
